Product Review and My Favorite Chopped Salad
I have an obsession… with a double-bladed mincing knife. Yes, you heard that correctly, a knife. Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Select Mincing Knife, to be precise.
I haven’t been this excited to make chopped salads since… Well, I’ve never been enthusiastic about any kind of salad until I made this purchase. But I was so inspired to make different types of chopped salads that I actually spent close to $100 on “salad bar” ingredients… I get excited really easily. It’s a curse and a blessing.
I think my favorite part of this tool is that it requires very little food prep. I simply throw some spring greens, an assortment of veggies, cheese, and chicken into a flat surfaced bowl and do all the chopping in a few quick movements. All the different flavors mingle together in perfect harmony and I am rewarded with a light, healthy, and delicious meal.
This knife has actually influenced me to crave vegetables. What is wrong in the world? And why haven’t you purchased it yet?
